FAQ ~

When is the best time to start a fitness program before my wedding?

This depends entirely on your goals. How much weight do you want to loose? How lean and toned do you want to look? Your dress style will also play a role in how much time is required to look your absolute best on the big day. My recommendation is to get started as soon as possible. We want plenty of time to make adjustments to your program as your wedding day approaches. My goal is for you to feel and look your best more than a couple weeks prior to the wedding. Most brides are most satisfied with their results in a minimum of 3 months.

Will lifting weights make me look bulky or thick on my wedding day?
NO. Never in my more than 10 years of training has it ever occurred that a woman got bigger or more muscular than she desired. We will take extra care to design a program that will not “bulk you up” for your wedding day.

How many times per week do I need to work out with you?
The frequency of our sessions is determined by your goals as well as the time and financial commitment you are willing to puts towards looking your absolute best on your wedding day. You will have access to a custom designed fitness program and nutrition plan as well as daily support and accountability regardless of the frequency of our sessions.

Can you help me with my diet?
YES. I have partnered with two nutritionists and two chefs in order to meet your every need in regards to diet and nutrition.

Can I work out with my a friend or my fiancée?
Of course! Couple rates are available upon request.

Do I need to have membership at the gyms where we will train?
